I would like to take a break from Hurricane John for just a bit here. I have been busy like crazy packing up supplies along with my neighbors, running up to San Diego, and online making arrangements for volunteers to layover here, and online with victims in Los Barilles and somehow managed to get into yet another dirty brawl with diehard Bush supporters on a Baja forum (Not Mulege Forum). I am dumbstruck, and yet I don't know why I should be, that people left in the less than 30% support group of George Bush are simply put, SS Guardsmen, with low tactics of lying, deliberatly misleading and will stop at nothing to threaten even on a personnal level. They are evil. The reality is, they exist. I understand how easy it was for the United States Army liberators of the Nazi Concentration Camps to look the other way while liberated inmates tore their enslavers apart, limb by limb. I feel that if I would ever run into one of these Fascist Bush thugs face to face, and they were dying or needed help, I would look the other way, I would let them bleed to death.

I think in life, what you do to other people, how you behave, with good intentions or evil ones, it will eventually come back to you. It is a mysterious thing, noone can explain it, but it happens. In much the same way, the truth is always revealed, maybe not right away, but eventually. I believe that. So, I am going to forgive my attackers and let whatever it is out there deal with them. That's difficult for me to do, I'm Irish. But, it is liberating. So, after this evenings bashing back and forth, and me getting so fucking angry I could have thrown this computer at them, I'm not going to respond anymore. Someday, sometime someone will lie about them and berate them,threaten them, or who knows, it's none of my business anymore and I have more important things to do.

A couple of links for you tonight. The first one is the Mulege Forum, where you can get in touch with what is going on down there, infact, I will post that link on every post from now on. The second one is the group that is on their way down as we speak. There are so many groups going down to help, so many people helping, I can't list them all, but usually through one link you can find others. I want to plug the La Paz area, they need help too. If any of you are familiar with the La Paz area, you know how beautiful it is.

Finally, 911 came and went. I think Keith Olberman basically expresses how I feel, so I am including a link to his broadcast. We love America, and there is no way that any Bush thug can take that away from us, or call us unamerican, or threaten us. It will never happen. We are now the Majority folks, and I welcome anyone who voted for George Bush and now realizes it was a mistake, but I will not be pushed around and berated, we will not be pushed around by Fascists, and just plain hateful people. We are for a better America, where there is no room for people like Ken Lay and George Bush and Karl Rove. Period. The bullshit will end, and we who are the majority now, will see that it does.

On a bright note, I finally found a copy of the book I've been searching for, "Mission Raise Hell, The US Marines On Choiseul Oct-Nov 1943", by James Christ. My Dad was there, Operation Blissful. I can hardly wait for it to get here.

The past couple of weeks I've been cleaning out closets here to give to the groups in Rosarito. Looks like instead, the bundles will be headed down to Mulege. You are not hearing about this at all on USA news, local or national, but this is a disaster, and these folks need our help. Remember when the Mexican Army crossed over and provided help for Katrina?

I wish they would have named Hurricane John, Hurricane Juan. But whatever, the latest NOAH reports for a 5 day forecast is MAYBE it is headed our direction. So MAYBE we'll get some rain here, and I'm keeping my eye on him, because if that's the case, I need to go put fertilizer on the plants.We haven't gone into full alert mode yet. Should be getting some awesome waves, and will try to get pics.

Not alot new here, originally we were supposed to be camping down in Abrejos, but couldn't go because of my leg, but wow had we gone, what a disaster that would have been. Just been cleaning out the closets and stripping down the cupboards and playing the new the Mana CD. Need to pick up the new Dylan too. Has anyone out there seen his commercial on TV ? Far out.

Hang in there everyone, and also prepare yourselves, the word is that Bush & Co. are going to be putting out a huge PR Spin on Iraq, think anyone will fall for it?
